Exemployed PlayStation presents demand for gender discrimination

The Last of Us: Left Behind and Gender Representation (Pt.2) It seems that A predominant culture by men within the company.

Emma Major, Who previously worked at Sony PlayStation As a cybersecurity analyst, presented a lawsuit against the company the past Monday, November 22, alleging that there is a serious case of gender discrimination Within PlayStation.

Sony discriminates employees, including all women and those who identify themselves as women, on economic compensation issues and promotions, as well as subjected them to a predominant work culture by men.

Major states that she was on multiple occasions she was ignored by a manager who only ignored men, who was never promoted precisely, and that after having complained against this she was fired from PlayStation She affirms that many other women have more problems at the time of receiving a promotion than men.

Apparently, Sony dismissed her after the close of one of the company's departments, but according to Major, she did not even belong to that department. At the time of writing, there has been no answer for PlayStation or by an official representative of the brand.

Note of the Editor: The case of Major is certainly unfortunate, and if what she says about women in PlayStation is true, then Japanese firm could get into a huge legal mess. So far we had not had any serious scandal related to Sony, but it may little buy little become uncovering other similar scenarios.
