Berlin

Image in the game map view

The first card leads you to the Berlin World War II. Berlin is much more open than typical cod cards from the past. There are heaps of spots of which you can overlook almost the entire card. A paradise for all with sniper guns, hell for everyone else.

Especially the roofs of the freight wagons within the buildings in the eye. Of those one has a great view of the events, without attracting themselves too much. Fortunately, the large open places include many coverage possibilities.

Our tip : Just on this card you should not remain too long on a position, because even interiors with many passages and windows are peppered, players have a relatively free view.

Became

Became takes you to a rural area in France and is built according to the classic 3-lane principle. There are also many buildings in which you can go back. But beware: The Scheunentore and windows can all be destroyed, which is why it would not be the best choice to hide behind them.

Furthermore, there are many buildings with canopies on this map. Normally, your teammates will not expect you there. The respective canopies are also usually not far apart, which is why you can quickly switch the position without having to leave the increased position. Snipers can only keep an eye in the eye in each case, as they are separated with buildings.

Castle

The Japanese temple complex brings optical variety in the otherwise gloomy world war showplace. Kennels of the series will also recognize this card from the title World At War by Trey arch. Of course, Castle was modernized and extended to destructible walls. In addition, every play style should feel at home. Of open places with generous foresight, to dense bottlenecks within the buildings, where the action is the action. One of our favorites in the map lineup.

The House

The sometimes more action card in Vanguard is a training ground for special units. In addition, it is the only map, where everything goes within a building. Same your reflexes are not Lucky Luke, you should pack any sniper rifles aside. This map offers hardly wide varieties and houses many diagonal running paths that connect all three lanes. A prime example of a classic Run & Gun map.

decoy

With decoy, there is another training ground in the map portfolio. This card is extremely compact and can quickly become chaotic. Here you should pay attention to the barn and garage doors, as these are all destructive. In addition, you should not blindly race in the middle if you do not want to bless immediately.

There most opponents meet themselves and parts of the square can also be defended away from further away. For the flanking, you therefore use the outer lane with the barn at best. There you can concentrate on the happenings before you.

Demeans

The fight in the snowy Wald idyll is largely held outdoors. The clearing is only interspersed with a few smaller huts. When correctly positioning, this card is a true gift for snipers. The rest is looking for cover in the above huts, behind trees and rock formations.

This is why the motto applies: Do not stop, you move quickly. Especially on this card lying snipers are difficult to make out on the ground and blurred with the environment. Skills to make you at least on the radar unrecognizable, work wonders in Demeans.

Red Star

From the style Red Star the Berlin card is most likely and is one of the largest cards in Vanguard. Although Stalingrad looks quite imposing, the foresight without corresponding rifle scopes is severely limited. Especially the middle place should be avoided by sugar fighters. In the surrounding buildings, snipers are possible in the upper floors. That s exactly how they should not only keep an eye on the Plaza. Especially the bottlenecks between the buildings are extremely dangerous: These have to be passed if you want to advance to the nearest building.
