Borderlands 3 Director's Cut DLC postponed until April
While the DLC Borderlands 3 Director's Cut was originally going out later this month, Gearbox officially postponed it in April. The recent horrible time of winter in Texas was blamed for this delay because it was completely inevitable. The team emphasized that everyone is happy and healthy but that extreme weather conditions have forced this delay. Borderlands 3 is available now for Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, PS5, Google Stadia, Mac and PC, while the DLC Director's Cut will be released on April 8.
The work on Director's Cut has been inevitably interrupted and we finally decided to change the release date to ensure that we provide the best possible experience, said Gearbox's recent communiqué. We appreciate your understanding and we are delighted that you play Director's Cut when leaving later this month (April 8).
The DLC Director's Cut will bring a plethora of new contents to Borderlands 3, including Hemovorous The invincible that costs 500 Eridium to fight and new campaign content to explore. Ava's Murder Mysteries will also bring a series of combat and survey missions that focus on different crime scenes. Vault cards will also offer new cosmetic products and new equipment that evolve with the level of a player. These require players to take on daily and weekly challenges, and there are more than 100 unique challenges among which to choose.
