Ghost of Tsushima Update 2.08 Patchotes

Update 2.08 has arrived for Ghost of Tsushima and here is the complete list of changes and corrections added to this patch. On PlayStation 5, this update is the version 2,008,000. Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut was published only two weeks ago, and the developer Sucker Punch Productions has already published a lot of updates for the game after the start. Update 2.07 was the latest patch containing a small number of bug fixes. This update focuses on the multiplayer mode of the game, Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. Everything is new with Ghost of Tsushima Update 2.08.

Ghost of Tsushima Update 2.08 Patchotes

While Sucker Punch has not yet published the official Patnotes, this Update Ghost of Tsushima adds new content. This update was originally planned for September 3 with the standalone version of Legends, but it seems to have gone live a day earlier. The following is new:

  • newr mode: rivals
    • In Rivals, two two-way teams start against each other to defeat waves of enemies.
    • With each defeated opponent you collect Magatama, with which you can harm the other team.
    • As soon as you have spent enough Magatama, you will be releasing Final Stand Waves. Complete this before the opposing team to win!
  • Equipment control system
    • This is a new extension of progress systems and rewards for legends.
    • Players who deserve 110-level equipment can now bind to a class and enable championship challenges.
    • This allows the KI level of a equipment to be increased to 120 and finally released a second PERK slot!
    • If you enable championship challenges, you can also unlock a new ability and new techniques for each class.

This update is not the end of Legends. Sucker Punch will add a new content every week from 10 September to 1 October every week, which means that four new content will be published. These content drows include new survival maps that were inspired by Iki Island, as well as Trials of Iyo, a more difficult version of last year's RAIDs, which offers challenges in bite challenges. Ghost of Tsushima: Legends have a lot of content on the horizon, and you can experience both the players of the standard version and the Director's Cut.

Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut is now available for PS4 and PS5.
